Our process is well planned and includes your desired level of collaboration, whether that be ‘The New Home Builder,’ ‘The Stress Free Renovator,’ ‘The Hands On Renovator’ or ‘The D.I.Y Decorator.’

Colour Selections

Colour Consultation

A colour consultation would suit you if you are primarily after advice, a second set of eyes or help with a basic colour and material palette. This service commonly goes for 1-3 hours of face to face consultation, with all further work done by us at the office and is used most commonly by clients building their first home or D.I.Y renovators.

How this works:

    1. Fill out the Client Intake Form to give us a better idea of your project and needs.

    2. We will give you a call or email to schedule a meeting to further discuss your project.

    3. You will receive 1-3 hours of on-site consultation, and we will take all necessary measurements if needed

    4. If you are wanting to add additions to your package, we will upgrade you to the design concept package.

    5. We will send you your selected package and everything is in your hands now!

      +  2D elevation colour renderings of selected areas (use-full for joinery)

    Furniture & Decor

    Interior Styling

    For people that have an already established interior space that is in desperate need of some new furniture, our Styling & Décor package could work for you. This service can either work by us sourcing all the furniture and décor and providing you with a shopping list, or we can do it ALL for you. Leave us with your home for a couple of days for a big reveal of a brand new living space.

    How this works:

    1. Fill out the Client Intake Form to give us a better idea of your project and style.

    2. We will give you a call or email to schedule a meeting to further discuss your project.

    3. While on-site will take all necessary measurements unless you can provide those yourself.

    4. We will come back to the office and start working on sourcing your furniture and decor. Lead time depends on the size of the project

    5. We will have another meeting where we will show you a mood board of all our selections and spatial plans.

    6. Upon your approval, we will either send you your shopping list or start shopping for you!

    7. IT’S STYLING DAY. We have kicked you out of your home for a couple of days and are busy styling your home while you sit back and relax.

    8. THE REVEAL!! Welcome to your newly furnished home.

      –  a shopping list for all of the materials and colour selections including prices and links to webpages (if you choose this path)

    + Use our move-in service. We will do all the heavy lifting, unpacking, arrangement of furniture and styling for you! You don’t have to lift a finger!

    + We will organise the removal of existing furniture and a professional cleaner

    Design Concept

    Visualisation 

    A 3D visualisation package gives you the change to visualise your design before its built. You will be able to understand and view your design from multiple angles ensuring you don’t miss a thing! The beauty of this package is being able to know ahead of time whether you like your design or not, especially before you make any costly mistakes. Don’t love an element of your design? Maybe one of your colour choices is a bit off? no stress! You can change your mind and make those necessary edits to your design to ensure your 100% happy with the outcome. This service can be face to face or online by distance, whichever would suit your needs.

    How this works:

    1. Fill out the Client Intake Form to give us a better idea of your project and style. 

    2. We will give you a call or email to schedule a meeting to further discuss your project with you on-site. While on-site we will take all necessary measurements. Unless you can provide these to us. We will also discuss your joinery design and colour selections.

    3. We will come back to the office and start building your space in our 3D software and imputing all your colour selections.

    4. We will then produce a hyper-realistic render and an animation that will enable you to visualise your design.

    5. We can make changes as we go and we can offer our advice in order to get the design outcome you would like.

    Inclusions

    – 1 Hyper-realistic 3D colour render

    – A Colour 3D animation

    – As many 3D perspectives as necessary

    3D renders are hyper-realistic images of your design and pairing that with a 3D animation will allow you to see your kitchen as a whole and not just a bunch of tiny colour sample chips and a black and white floorplan. See more examples of 3D Renders.

    Full Service Design

    With our Full Design Service Package, we do it all for you! Including the design work and interior management, we book your trades, answer your calls and deal with the tough questions. On a budget? No problems, we can work around your desired price range.

    How this works:

    1. Fill out the Client Intake Form to give us a better idea of your project and style.

    2. We will give you a call or email to schedule a meeting to further discuss your project with you on site. While on site we will take all necessary measurements.

    3. We will come back to the office and start your spatial plan, joinery plans, and start selecting colour and material finishes

    4. We will have another meeting where we will show you your plans for your approval, or alternatively discuss any changes you may have. We will then delve further into the furniture and decor selections

    5. We will head back to the office and revise your changes, and come back to you with a new design, which will now be more detailed and close to finalisation. This will include all furniture and decor selections.

    6. Once you have approved the overall design, we contact trades and organise quotes. While this is happening were busy finalising your budget to ensure your project comes under that all important number, and we will make the necessary changes if not.

    7. We then meet all of the trades on site and run them through your project ready for that exciting start date.

    8. While the project is in motion we will be ordering all of your furniture, regularly on site directing trades. No need for you to have the hassle of doing this, however if you would like to be included you’re more than welcome.. we encourage your participation!

    9. REVEAL DAY! Were close to the finish line at this stage, and were ready to reveal your newly renovated home.
